  • 30g or 20g cereal bread.
  • 1 dairy.
NIGHT:
  • Crudity.
  • Vegetables.
  • 100g protein.
  • 1 dairy.
  • 1fruit!
Gestational diabetes menu 2:

BREAKFAST:
  • Drink without sugar.
  • 1 sugarless milk product (up to 10% sugar).
  • 60g of bread.
  • 10g of butter.
SNACK 10H:
  • 1 serving of fruit.
LUNCH AND DINNER:
  • Meat / fish / egg (1 serving: about 100g).
  • Vegetables (unlimited).
  • Starches / bread.
  • 1 dairy product without sugar.
SNACK 16H:
  • 1 serving of fruit + 1 dairy sugar.
Gestational diabetes menu 3: 

MORNING:
  • Hot drink without sugar.
  • 40g of cereal or 3 swedish breads.
  • Butter.
SNACK:
  • 1 yogurt.
  • 1 fruit.
LUNCH:
  • Chicken / fish / meat or cheese 50g.
  • Green vegetables.
  • 6CS starchy or 50g of bread.
SNACK
  • 50g cheese  + 50g bread OR 1 yogurt + 1 fruit.
EVENING:
  • Chicken / fish / meat or 50g cheese.
  • Greens vegetables.
  • 6CS starchy or 50g of bread.
